Shipping Schedule
We typically ship in-stock orders within 2 business days. Items ordered with laser engraving usually ship within 3-5 days. If you need something more quickly, please contact us to determine what is possible. If an item is out of stock or back ordered, it will be noted at the time of order placement. If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order, we will contact you within one business day.
Shipping Cost
Most U.S. orders will ship via FedEx: Ground, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day or Next Day Air Service.
FedEx does not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a street address for your shipping address. If this is not possible, please note in the comments that we can ship via USPS.
For international orders: FedEx Express.
The cost of shipping will be calculated by the shopping cart for your specific order.
Please note that Canadian shipments may incur tariffs, taxes, customs and brokerage fees for which you are responsible. Moreover, the majority of the products that we offer do not fall under the NAFTA agreement. If you would like to make a purchase from an international address, you can have the order shipped to a freight forwarder, friend or family member within the U.S for them to send on to you.
Where can I ship my order?
We can ship to most locations. However, orders that ship outside the USA are subject to brokerage and duty fees.

Yes, definitely! Please be sure to provide the complete address on your order.
Undelivered Package
Please check your address for accuracy and completeness before submitting your order. If the address provided on your order is undeliverable, we may contact you to verify the address for reshipment. However, you are responsible for the shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and the re-delivered or returned shipment.
Tracking Your Packages
We will send you a confirmation email with one or more tracking numbers when we ship your order. Use this tracking number to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' website.

Returns and Exchanges
Items may be returned in new, unused condition within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please contact us for return authorization. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Items that were ordered with laser engraving are not eligible for return. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you have any questions about the item your would like laser engraved.
