We typically ship in-stock orders within 2 business days. Items ordered with laser engraving usually ship within 3-5 days. If you need something more quickly, please contact us to determine what is possible. If an item is out of stock or back ordered, it will be noted at the time of order placement. If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order, we will contact you within one business day.
Most U.S. orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx: Ground, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day or Next Day Air Service.
FedEx and UPS do not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a street address for your shipping address. If this is not possible, please note in the comments that we can ship via USPS.
For international orders: UPS Express.
We offer a flat rate $7.95 for ground shipping order in the continental US. Optional shipping methods are available at additional cost. For other shipping locations, the shipping fee is calculated during the checkout process.
Shipping to Canada
We now offer USPS First Class Parcel service to Canada. This is the most economical shipping method from the US to Canada, but the tracking data is limited. We also offer UPS shipping services, which you may select during the checkout process.
Please note that Canadian shipments may incur tariffs, taxes, customs and brokerage fees for which you are responsible. Moreover, the majority of the products that we offer do not fall under the NAFTA agreement. If you would like to make a purchase from an international address, you can have the order shipped to a freight forwarder, friend or family member within the U.S for them to send on to you.

We can ship to most locations. However, orders that ship outside the USA are subject to brokerage and duty fees.

Can you ship to APO addresses?
Yes, definitely! Please be sure to provide the complete address on your order.
Please check your address for accuracy and completeness before submitting your order. If the address provided on your order is undeliverable, we may contact you to verify the address for reshipment. However, you are responsible for the shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and the re-delivered or returned shipment.

Returns and Exchanges
Important Information. Items may be returned in new, unused condition if requested within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please contact us for return authorization. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. After 7 days, up to 21 days, an exchange or store credit may be issued if the item is returned in new, unused condition. After 21 days, no return, exchange or store credit is possible. Any additional shipping charges for a return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer. Items ordered with laser engraving are not eligible for return. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you have any questions about the item you would like laser engraved.
Christmas Holiday Extended Exchange Policy: Items purchased in December can be exchanged or returned for store credit, if the request is made by December 31 and if the item is received at Cortizza by January 12. Requests made later than December 31 or received later than January 12 are not eligible for exchange or return. Contact us if you have questions.
Cork fabric yardage is NOT RETURNABLE. If you have any questions about your selection, please contact us. We are happy to help you make the right selection for your needs.
Shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
